All refund requests are reviewed by UNICO Highland Beach on a case-by-case basis.
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be issued. Refund decisions may depend on the type of payment, event circumstances, timing of the request, and any costs already incurred by the organization.
Event Cancellations
If an event is canceled by UNICO Highland Beach due to unforeseen circumstances, weather, venue issues, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control, registered attendees may be offered a refund, credit, transfer to a future event, or other appropriate accommodation.
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, registrations may be transferred to the new date.

To request a refund, please contact UNICO Highland Beach with your name, payment or registration details, and the reason for your request.
Each request will be reviewed individually.
